We are so excited for our show and can't believe opening week is quickly upon us!

With that being said, we are emailing to formally ask for your help and support during our Tech Week to make the time as smooth and supportive as possible for our cast and crew.

Each year, we have our TECH WEEK which requires our Actors and Crew to be available from about 5pm to 10pm each night! On Opening Day, they are required to be there from 12pm to 10pm.

These are LONG days for our actors and we typically provide snacks, but we'd also like to provide a lite dinner or lunch for them if possible - but as we have such a big cast and crew - we need help to do that!

We have such attentive families who love to jump in at a moment's notice (which we are so grateful for!) so we'd like to see if you would consider being a meal or snack sponsor for our amazing cast and team.
