The Fight Against Hunger is Critical

The poverty rate in Statesboro is 37.7%, nearly THREE times the national average of 12.8%.

Poverty in our area has risen 10% since 2021.

Shockingly, 13.5% of Bulloch County households face food insecurity, unsure of whether or not they will have enough food every week.

We can't ignore these numbers.
