In today's world, almost everything has moved online—from paying bills and scheduling doctor appointments to video calling family members and accessing vital services. But for many older adults on fixed incomes, the digital world can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even impossible to navigate alone.

For the past two years, our Tech Support Ministry has been serving seniors in Western New York with compassionate, patient, one-on-one help. We meet them where they are—whether they're trying to video call a grandchild for the first time, learn to use email, or understand how to use their smartphone safely.

Our Services Include:

• Ongoing Tech Support – Seniors can reach out whenever they need help
• One-Time Assistance – Help with specific issues or questions
• Digital Literacy Training – Patient, jargon-free instruction at their own pace

Every year, we're helping more seniors gain confidence and independence with technology. We've seen the joy on faces when they successfully video call their family for the first time. We've heard the relief in voices when they learn to spot scams and protect themselves online. We've witnessed friendships form in our training sessions as seniors discover they're not alone in their struggles.
