The Feathered Follies Foundation Focuses on three core objectives: Education, Conservation, and Rescue/Rehabilitation

Education: We invest in the present to promote a brighter future. Birds are one of the most understudied species, and very little reputable information is available about them. The Foundation would like to change that by pioneering studies that advance our collective knowledge and providing reliable information to the public about birds and their needs. We provide current and growing generations of people the knowledge and tools they need to create change and help birds for the rest of their lives.

Conservation: We aid conservation by implementing, sharing, and investing in programs that help sustain the unique species and environments that still exist on this earth. We do this by providing and contributing to environmentally friendly options and programs. This also includes supporting species survival efforts through conservation focused breeding, reintroduction to the wild, and protecting the natural habitat of the wild populations, and raising awareness about illegal wildlife trade.

Rescue/Rehabilitation:  We care for the present population of birds in need by placing them in safe homes, sanctuaries, and situations that suit their unique needs. Birds raised in captivity cannot be released into the wild, but others may be the key to their species' futures. We make informed decisions about each individual bird in our care to give them the best life possible. This may even include mental, physical, and medical rehabilitation for birds in need. By showing how to properly care for the birds that already exist, we can change conditions for future birds.
