Integration is the slowing down to explore the impacts big life experiences, expanded states, and/or life transitions have on us.

These transformations could be facilitated by psychedelics but they don’t have to be. Any experience can be leveraged as the context for transformation so long as we create the space to observe, reflect, and cultivate new practices for awareness moving forward. This is exactly what the intention of the Integration Circle offering is.

Join Sarah Howard @to_make_whole a local Integration Coach and Ketamine Assisted Therapy Practitioner and Michelle Gale @expandedstates a local Transformation Coach on Thurs Dec 7th from 7-9pm for our monthly Integration Circle.

Facilitators

Sarah and Michelle are both Certified Integral Coaches, trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, trauma informed, and they have extensive experience facilitating and circling. Somatics, mindfulness/ meditation, breath work, and IFS are core pillars of their work.

What is an Integration Circle?

An Integration Circle is a safe and welcoming space where individuals who have undergone psychedelic experiences can come together to reflect, share, and integrate their insights. We understand that these experiences can be profound and life-changing, and the process of integration is crucial for fully realizing their benefits.

Note: This event is open to individuals who have previously undergone a psychedelic experience or are interested in learning more about the integration process. We respect your privacy, and all discussions will be held in a confidential and non-judgmental environment.
