Arkansas ranks number one in the nation for food insecurity, and yet every day thousands of pounds of food are thrown away. At Potluck Food Rescue we turn surplus into sustenance. In 2024 alone, we rescued over one million pounds of food, the equivalent of nearly 900,000 meals, and saved more than three million dollars for our nonprofit partners. That is money they can now use for vital programs instead of food costs.

As we move into our 35th year as a registered nonprofit organization, the need has never been greater. Families, children, and seniors across nine counties in Central Arkansas rely on the lifeline Potluck provides. With your gift, we will continue to rescue food, reduce waste, and fuel hope.

• $2,642 – Funds a full No Cost Market at one school, library, or food desert areas, bringing food access to underserved neighborhoods.

• $1,088 – Rescues 1,000 pounds of food, providing 833 nourishing meals. 

• $544 – Rescues 500 pounds of food, providing 417 meals to neighbors in need.

• $272 – Rescues 250 pounds of food, providing 208 meals that fuel hope.

• $109 – Rescues 100 pounds of food, providing 83 meals. Everyone can be a Food Rescue Hero.
