Feeding Hungry Minds

Feeding Hungry Minds, an AmeriCorps VISTA initiative at Alamance Community College, creates awareness of campus food insecurity, empowers students to access on-campus food supports, and develops greater access to fresh and nutritious food at ACC.

Food support services include: 

EZ Meals, a collaboration with the ACC Culinary Club, providing freshly prepared frozen meals for anyone in the ACC community that is hungry and does not have the funds to purchase something to eat.

Hawvest Community Garden, a pick your own garden behind A Building, open to everyone in the ACC community.

Fresh Veggies to Go Produce Bag, an on-line service for ordering free fresh produce for pickup at at the Dillingham Center Campus, and Main Campus.
