Ferruh Muktar Memorial Donations

Marrow Mates is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to expand the diversity of
existing donor registries to enable equal outcomes for blood cancer patients in
need of a stem cell transplant. Ferruh was the inspiration for the Marrow Mates
Extended Family Donor Search (EFDS) program, which uses genetic genealogy
platforms to conduct focused, virtual stem cell donor registration drives. 

Though Ferruh's own battle was not won, his spirit lives on
through the 80 donor matches and 12 successful transplants facilitated by EFDS
since 2019. All contributions directly support the provision of DNA test kits
and EFDS services to patients in need. Your support will make a meaningful
