The Landscapers is the monthly giving program for Black Podcasting Awards (BPAwards). Your recurring gift reshapes the landscape for Black indie podcasting. Together we fund the work that keeps Black podcasts visible, celebrated, and supported, including scholarships for those who cannot afford to apply.

We are currently working toward Milestone 2: Push Us Forward ($2,073/month). Here is what each level makes possible.

1. Fuel the Mission | $323/month

When we reach this: The Black Podcasts Directory stays live. Every Black podcast we have documented remains findable. Every listener looking for a voice like theirs has somewhere to go.

2. Push Us Forward | $2,073/month -- CURRENT GOAL

When we reach this: Black podcasters keep getting found, welcomed, and encouraged. 730 new podcasts scouted and spotlighted this year. And Black podcasters outside the US, UK, Canada, and Australia can apply for recognition with fees waived. No barrier. No one left out because of where they live.

3. Make It Full Time | $3,823/month

When we reach this: BPAwards shows up every day, all year, for Black podcasters. Not when time allows. Year-round, as this community deserves. And the awards open at $26 for early applicants, a price that honors the community, because your support makes it possible to stop charging more than we want to.

4. Sharpen Our Reach | $4,240/month

When we reach this: Our research stays sharp. We know where Black podcasts are thriving, where they are overlooked, and where the next wave is already building. The community benefits from intelligence, not guesswork.

5. Open the Awards Season | $4,761/month

When we reach this: An awards season opens. Sixty Black podcasters hold something that says: the community sees you, and you are excellent. 168 nominations remind creators that what they are building matters.

6. Honor the Excellence | $5,428/month

When we reach this: Award winners hold something real. The recognition lasts beyond the day it was given. When they say they won, they have something to show for it.

7. Power the Full Operation | $5,712/month

When we reach this: Every part of the discovery and visibility machine runs at full strength. Black podcasts get found. Black audiences get connected to them. The community keeps growing.

8. Grow the Team | $6,712/month

When we reach this: Capacity grows. The creators who have been building year after year, publishing through every obstacle, start getting the attention they have earned. And US fee waivers become possible. The financial barrier to applying starts to come down for every Black podcaster, regardless of budget.

9. Open the Grant Door | $7,962/month

When we reach this: New money enters the mission. Your recurring gift stops carrying everything alone. Grants begin to multiply what you started, and the community's investment goes further than it could on its own.

10. Fund the Full Vision | $8,962/month

When we reach this: This community built something. A fully resourced, independent awards and discovery org that belongs entirely to Black podcasting. Not maintained. Not surviving. Funded, and thriving.
