Early this morning, Sunday March 10, 2024, FETCH responded to a barely responsive dog behind Coyote Cafe in California City, CA. We brought him to the Emergency Vet Hospital in Palmdale where he is still in their care.

Unfortunately the cost was $1,210 for his care thus far and we are all hoping he is able to be released tomorrow. He was severely dehydated, suffering a wound, low temparature, stiff, and in shock upon arrival at the hospital.

His prognosis as of 5:30 PM 3/10 is that he is starting to move and his temperature is increasing. His xrays showed no issues with bones and his blood work seems to be ok. His cut we are unsure how it happened but if he keeps improving the outcome is good for ths little guy who is approximately 10 months old.

We are asking for donations to help us cover these vet costs, as we are dependent upon donations to be able to help and rescue animals within California City. We are a new rescue and our funds are limited and this has taken a hit on us. Any help with these expenses would be appreciated.
