Please be ON TIME - note that it is not a good idea to bring valuables and we cannot guarantee a safe place to store purses, bags, etc.
Dress in appropriate clothing, tie long hair back, and wear closed shoes. We will plate and serve food, set up takeout meals, clear the meal, and clean up the space - it moves FAST, so come ready for 2 hours of work! Due to the setting, please do not bring any guests under 18, and be aware this is a physically taxing event requiring mobility. Thank you!
