Fields of Grace was born in a season of surrender. In just a few months, our founder, Laray Dyer, lost her job, her home, and her car. It felt like everything was buried — but in that soil, hope grew.

What began as personal restoration became a global mission to help others rebuild their lives with faith, dignity, and purpose.

Today, Fields of Grace is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultivating hope through spiritual formation, leadership development, and cross-cultural missions. We equip churches, empower leaders, and activate believers to serve both locally and abroad.

Beginning in the townships of South Africa and now expanding into communities across the U.S., we’re building Sovereignty Hubs — safe, sustainable spaces that house families, educate children, and strengthen local churches.

Every gift helps us plant seeds of transformation that keep growing long after we leave.
