Fields of Grace Global was born in a season of surrender.

In a short period of time, our founder, Laray Dyer, lost her job, her home, and her car. What felt like the burial of everything familiar became the soil where a new vision began to grow.

Out of that season came a conviction: missions must move beyond moments of inspiration into models that create lasting transformation.

Today, Fields of Grace Global is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit mobilizing pastors, entrepreneurs, and global partners to strengthen communities through leadership, enterprise, and long-term collaboration.

At the center of this work is the Sovereignty Hub, a community transformation framework designed to strengthen communities through three integrated pillars:

Housing stability and community infrastructure

LEARN
Leadership development, education, and ministry training

EARN
Entrepreneurship, enterprise development, and economic opportunity

Rather than isolated mission trips, Fields of Grace cultivates long-term partnerships that equip local leaders, strengthen churches, and expand economic opportunity within the communities we serve.

Our work began through ministry partnerships in South Africa and continues to expand through a growing network of pastors, entrepreneurs, and global collaborators committed to building sustainable pathways for community transformation.

Every gift helps activate leadership, strengthen local initiatives, and advance the Sovereignty Hub vision in communities around the world.
