Rdevia is a Public Charitable 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization founded to help HBCU Students, Graduates, and Prospects thrive by creating opportunities and providing resources. All of our programs and services are built upon three cause areas: Education Access, Racial Equity, and Social Justice. We make conscious efforts to partner with other Black-Led Organizations like JCS Project (Houston, TX) and Black-Owned Businesses like Bite Me (Lakewood, WA) and BrickHouse Gourmet Coffee and Tea Co. (West Columbia, SC).

Your support will allow us to:

Award more scholarships like the Jarrod D. Emerging Leaders Scholarship and E. Renee Posey, Ed.D. Award of Excellence.
Provide more care packages like we did for students at Edward Waters University (Jacksonville, FL) and Cheyney University (Cheyney, PA).
Inspire more young people to attend an HBCU like the children at St. John Baptist Church (Overtown, FL).
Expand our membership impact to support more on-campus HBCU students like we did at Texas Southern University (Houston, TX).
Support more HBCU students during time of emergency like when we partnered with JCS Project to support students from Xavier University of Louisiana who were displaced by Hurricane Ida.

Next year we aim to:

Launch the Epic HBCU Journey Distance Learning Scholarship for Online HBCU Students.
Provide more HBCU scholarship funding through our General Scholarship Fund.
Create internships for high school students who want to go to an HBCU.
