Eric became involved with Fight CRC as an advocate alongside his late wife, Rose. Rose was healthy, with no family history of the disease when she was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer at the age of 42 in 2005.
She fought an incredible battle for almost 12 years and passed away in 2016. Together, Eric and Rose held many fundraising events for Fight CRC, contributing tens of thousands of dollars to research efforts, as well as the Call-on Congress advocate scholarship fund.
Eric continues fighting in her memory as an avid advocate and fundraiser.
