Hey friends! I’m Kylie (aka Ricky Ticky Tavi), and I need your help! This summer, I’m serving full-time at Fircreek Day Camp in my hometown Bellingham, WA. I'm their woman’s lead this summer, which means I am in charge of the female counselors, and help out with any of the campers' problems, all while helping create a safe, joyful, and faith-filled experience for hundreds of kids. It’s wild, it’s exhausting, and it’s 100% where I love to be. Fircreek has shaped me in huge ways, spiritually, emotionally, and practically. This will be my 5th summer serving at the Creek. I’ve been a counselor, Art Zone, EFRT Lead, and this will be my second year as Woman’s Lead. I’ve learned (and still am learning) how to serve others, lead with love, and embrace the beautiful messiness of real life. But here's the thing: summer staff don’t get paid like normal jobs, and I need help covering the cost of living while I give my all to this ministry.
