ARRIVE: 10 min prior to your class start time to register and find a spot
BRING YOUR OWN: Mat, Water, and Towel

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are transferrable, but not refundable. In case of rain, illness, or other impediment, FFG will make every effort to reschedule or replace a class, but as these are charitable donations, fees will not be refunded after purchase. Thank you for your support!

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PARTICIPATION

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by purchasing or using a ticket, my attendance (or the attendance and/or usage of a ticket by any person to whom I transfer a ticket; herein: ticket holders) at and participation in any Friends For Good (herein: FFG) FITNESS FEEDS PHILLY event today or in the future is undertaken entirely at my/their own risk, and that FFG and its affiliated partners, instructors, members, volunteers, and beneficiaries may not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or exposure to Covid-19, if they are determined to have occurred during an FFG event or proximate to attendance.

Any ticket holder is voluntarily participating in these activities and use of event facilities and premises and assume(s) all risks of injury, illness, or death. FFG is not responsible for any loss of my personal property.

All ticket holders acknowledge that they fully understand that by purchasing or using a ticket they are releasing FFG from any liability. Ticket holders expressly agree to release and discharge the hosting organization or instructor(s) from any and all claims or causes of action and to voluntarily waive any right that they may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the organization or instructor(s). To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.

PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDING NOTICE

By attending or participating in any event sponsored by Friends For Good Philadelphia, you acknowledge and agree that your image, voice, and audio or video recording of the activity containing your person may be used in future Friends For Good content for publication related to nonprofit activities in print, television, internet media, social media, and more.
