The Flight 100 Foundation is committed to building leaders through mentorship, increasing self-confidence, thereby creating the next generation of community leaders. We believe that every young man has the potential to be a leader and make a positive impact in their community. Our mission is to empower and inspire young men to reach their full potential and become leaders who create more leaders. We recognize that leadership is not limited to titles or positions of authority, but rather it is a mindset and a way of being. At Flight 100, we aim to provide young men with the skills, knowledge and support they need to develop their leadership potential and become positive role models in their communities.
