FLIPS is transforming today's leaders into tomorrow's leaders.

At FLIPS, we believe all students deserve access to both STEM immersion and leadership opportunities. To do this, we mentor high school students in designing STEM camps for low-income students in their community. Your contribution goes directly toward:

Expanding STEM access for students nationally
Compensating the educators who champion this work
Funding student scholarships
Growing a mentor network of former camp founders

In 10 years, we're building toward:

200 schools engaged
300 student camp founders
100 FLIPS mentors
Long-term partnerships with 20+ school districts
$100K to support 50 teachers/year with stipends
$25K scholarship pool for students
