This project is the "Florida Ranch" project located in central south Florida. Located 2 hours from Tampa, Ft Lauderdale, and Vero Beach. These three 10 acre sites are located within a 500 acre farm and with the development is included a participation in that farm as part of the 200% self sufficiency model. The development will include three (3) large 2,500 square foot homes; six (6) communally built homes with large central outdoor areas; a natural swimming pond; and an area for six (6) luxury tiny homes. This community will generate enough power via solar panels and solar battery storage to supply 200% of the needs of all the homes and facilities. All water will be collected, stored, and filtered on site for the communities needs. There will be a grey water/black water cell style septic waste system. The entire property will be an active food forest and as a part of the HOA style fees will be fully tended to in lieu of traditional landscaping. The property will also own a portion of the ranch and every home will receive customized share on a bi-monthly basis including beef, pork, chicken, eggs, and turkey.

All donation only supporters will receive monthly project updates, be invited to the site for progress meetings and gatherings, and will have their names built into the project in various ways in appreciation. Our mission is to build, at scale, fully intentional and self sufficient communities for people to live as God intended with all of the basic needs of shelter, food, and energy baked into the model.
