Join Natasha Pickowicz, 2020 James Beard Finalist and Pastry Chef at the fabulous Altro Paradiso and Flora Bar, for a special Ligurian treat: Focaccia con Formaggio.
This treat is typically made savory, with a melty, stretchy cheese filling - kind of like an Italian quesadilla (don’t quote us on that). In this class, Natasha will teach you her spin on this delicious treat, a savory and a sweet version.
Natasha will be cooking alongside you in real time, you will be able to ask her questions directly and get feedback on your cooking. This is a rare and intimate opportunity to cook with one of New York’s most promising pastry chefs.
