Located at the event center and parking lot next to the shelter, you'll find plenty of free parking at this child costumed event. Anyone under 18 with an adult is welcome to take part. Since all purchases are considered a donation everything sold is as/is with all sales final. The biggest rule? Be courteous to everyone and have fun!
