The Friends of Lake Quannapowitt invite all community members to join us at our Annual Meeting and Presentation at Bear Hill Golf Club in Stoneham on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024. All are welcome. Guests will enjoy dinner and participate in the business meeting, followed by an educational presentation and discussion. We are thrilled to announce that our presentation this year will be from members of the Friends of Horn Pond in Woburn, who will explain their important work in limiting wildlife injuries and death from left behind shoreline fishing line, lures and hooks. In addition, a Wakefield resident and professional wildlife photographer will add her photography and naturalist knowledge to the presentation.
