Many of the academies we support have very limited supplies when it comes to training equipment.  One of the most significant needs are balls.  Academies with hundreds of players are training with only a few balls, a ratio across the board of approx. 1 ball per 70 players.  It is even more rare for a player to have a ball at home to practice and play with their friends....
