Full-day workshop, connections with other leaders, movement, dinners, and general fun on Bonnitta’s ranch in northwestern Connecticut:

We'll delve into practical considerations and efforts that help us envision what needs to be true to create our desired worlds. We'll explore with Bonnie why education, leadership, and divinity are all foundational to our ability to participate effectively in this journey and open a more comprehensive conversation about The Four Powers of Transformative Leaders:

Awakened Perception: You perceive more and more of the world, allow novel information to register, open to being surprised.

Clear Vision: You have a clear and sustaining vision for the outcome and you can project this into the awareness of the others.

Deepening Wisdom: You have a deeper understanding of the subtle relations and causal mechanisms of the world.

Willful Action: Your actions become intentional and deliberate, attuned to the present tense, and are performed with the character of wild nature.

These will form the foundational curriculum for the upcoming Certificate and Masters programs in Leadership that Bonnitta and Endemic are co-developing. The conversation will take place near the horses to allow them to adjust to our presence and energy

Later we’ll gather for facilitated embodied communication practices with Bonnie's horses. These practices are simple but can be revelatory and work with us over time. Horses live in herds with complex social dynamics and are affected by subtle body language and energetic communication. Since they don’t live inside a mental narrative, they read and express emotions without confusing interpretations. Because of all of this they hold up a clear mirror to our own emotions, intentions, and patterns of presence or avoidance.

You will work with one horse, first developing a bond which guarantees the horse his freedom, and establishes his willingness to work with you. Secondly, you will be asked to give the horse clear instructions on very simple tasks. As your powers grow, your body-mind becomes more congruent, the horse will perform the tasks as if they are reading your mind! And then the magic happens.

In recent workshops, core Endemic collaborator Bonnitta Roy has presented paths and practices for individuals to enhance their sensitivity to the living world. Her workshops (Becoming the Communal Self, Equine Sensitivity, Arousal: An Essential Aspect to Healing) emphasize how to engage with and contribute to life, recognizing oneself as part of a collective whole.

Endemic empowers a cultural transition that impacts all aspects of community life; our vision for the future, our beliefs, our processes for collaboration, and our ability to be agents in the change we truly want to create.
