Expanding Our Mission

As we reflect on our journey, we realize that the number of families we assist each year is consistently increasing. God continues to call us to walk alongside these families, ensuring they never feel isolated during their most challenging times. Our goal is to provide each family with a Game Plan 4 Hope that guides them through their unique journeys.

This growth highlights an urgent need to sharpen our mission’s focus, redefine the scope of our outreach, and expand our services to those we are called to serve.

At the heart of this expansion is a commitment to go beyond one-time, short-term assistance. We strive to build lasting, meaningful connections with the families we serve, offering enduring support as they navigate life-changing circumstances.

Investing in a Forever Game Plan

Together with our community and ministry partners, we’re answering the call to expand our impact. This new phase includes:

Support Groups for individuals, caregivers, siblings, and parents facing injury or grief, ensuring no one feels alone.
Scholarships for Counseling to strengthen families, relationships, and marriages during challenging times.
Peer Mentorships to connect families with others who have walked similar paths and can offer guidance and understanding.
Education and Resources to help families re-enter their communities with confidence and help others understand how to support them.

These resources will help us go beyond immediate care and create a comprehensive continuum of support that empowers families for years to come.

The Need

To accomplish this vision, we are launching a capital campaign:

$150,000 to purchase our building and acquire essential tools/equipment in Hills, MN. Owning this space will provide a lasting home for Game Plan 4 Hope, ensuring the sustainability of our ministry and its services.
$150,000 to expand family services and general operations to fully implement and sustain our new programs.
Ongoing financial support to foster long-term sustainability and deliver our mission with maximum impact.
