The Forge is a community of founding partners making that transformation possible.

You fund our operational foundation so that 100% of general donations flow directly to transformative leadership programs. This year alone, your investment would equip 30+ emerging leaders, disciple 50+ men in gospel-centered community, and deploy graduates for lasting Kingdom impact across Birmingham.

We ask Forge partners to consider multi-year commitments at one of these levels:

What Your Investment Funds

Bridges and Beacons Emerging Leaders Program – Our flagship six-month cohort serves African-American male leaders (ages 25-40), a demographic significantly underrepresented in leadership development.

This year, we piloted with urban leaders. The results:

100% reported transformational growth across Life, Leadership, Love, and Vocation
86% experienced major breakthroughs in biblical decision-making and servant leadership
71% gained much clearer understanding of God's calling
100% would actively recommend the program

One participant shared: "It helped me with the things I was battling in silence, but once Wednesday came, I knew I could release it without being judged and set free."

Next year: 30+ emerging leaders across two cohorts.

Gospel Manhood Groups – 35 men now participate weekly in gospel-centered community—goal: 50 men in 2026.
