Her Story Mentorship is a mental health initiative with a mission to protect and strengthen the mental wellness of adolescents who identify as girls, non-binary or gender expansive. We provide evidence based programs that help teens build positive self identity and cultivate healthier and more intentional social media use through the discovery of purpose.

Join us this September for a special event with Misty Copeland. Teen tickets are FREE and limited. All teens must attend with a guardian.

Teens who identify as girls, non-binary and gender expansive are invited to participate in Her Story Mentorship's #ForMe Social Media Workshop. They will learn how to become more intentional with their social media use while leveraging its benefits and mitigating its risks. Teens will be equipped with the knowledge and skills that are needed to use social media in ways that can
have a positive impact on their mental health and body image.

Parents, advocates and educators will join us as we learn from experts across the adolescent mental health, body image and social media spaces. Our panel of experts includes:

Michael Valdovinos, Global Safety Policy Manager for Mental Health and Well-Being at Meta and Licensed Psychologist
Johanna Kandel, Founder and CEO of National Alliance for Eating Disorders
Evelyn Rowe-Cosentino, Adolescent Psychotherapist providing annual professional development to the Alvin Ailey Dance Company (Ailey Camp Division) on adolescent development since 2002.

Teens and adults will gather together to learn from Misty and hear her inspiring story of resilience and her pursuit of purpose.
