Rupesh and I have been on this journey of keeping the beautiful tradtion of Indian Classical Music alive in Southern California for over 30 years. The Festival of Tabla (FOT) has become the beacon of the Ravi & Shashi Bellare Arts Foundation to carry the torch of Indian Classical Music and Arts forward. So many young and upcoming passionate musicians need an unbiased platform on which to showcase their talent and FOT has made it a committment to provide that space for them. They are able to not only perform in front of a receptive audience but get to perform on the same stage as the masters.
