Gold Star Cares Foundation, in partnership with the City of Florence, will be hosting its annual FREE COMMUNITY SPORTS PHYSICAL DAY!

For ONE DAY ONLY, we will be providing FREE sports physicals to all K-12 students in the Pee Dee and surrounding areas. The event will be held on May 2, 2026, 8 am-12 pm at 513 Barnes St, Florence, SC 29501.
