The book "Skimmed: Breastfeeding, Race, and Injustice" examines the history and beliefs about breastfeeding, along with how law and policy have led to injustice in infant feeding. The book highlights the stories of four girls who represent a nationwide injustice and calls for structural reform to create better choices for infant feeding.
