WELCOME

WeGood is a WalkGood program that offers free/donation-based classes 6 times a week, ranging from meditation to vinyasa and yin yoga.

Freestyle Flow is a 75 minute class held weekly at The WalkGood Yard, on Saturdays from 10:30AM-11:45AM with instructor Ivorie Jenkins. This creative vinyasa flow is intended to help you find freedom in your life by integrating breath, movement, strength, meditation and music. This flow is challenging and advanced at moments, yet remains accessible to all. All ages and levels are welcome. Yoga is not about the poses but your engagement with those around you and the world. Be present, and everything will fall in line.

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend you bring a Yoga Mat and wear comfortable clothing. Additional accessories, such as blocks and bolsters, are provided. If you use any accessories, we ask that you clean it after class. Bring water; we have a water refill station at the studio and offer complimentary Propel water (electrolyte, flavored water). If you do not have a yoga mat, you may borrow one for the duration of the class!

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Check-in will take place at the green desk upon entry. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before class begins, and to also account for finding parking if you are driving. It is street parking only. Do not park in any back lots or parking lots. Entry to the class is not allowed 5 minutes past the start time of your class.

If it's your first time here, the WalkGood team will be able to give you a tour of the space and get you settled. Introduce yourself to the teacher and let them know if you have any pre-existing injuries, conditions or modifications required.

The practice room is a special space, and we kindly ask that you respect the space and others around you before, during, and after the class.

WAIVER

We are starting fresh. Everyone participating in the WeGood program for the first time will be required to sign a waiver. Sign ahead of time below. Program RSVP's are not required for minors, but you must sign a waiver for each minor.

THE CHECK-IN / PRE-CLASS SURVEY

Before each class you participate in, take the time to check-in with yourself. You may complete this survey any time before class or as you arrive at the studio before class begins. The WalkGood team will verify the completion of the pre-class survey at check-in.
