Free to Act! allows your LLHS to have the privilege of planning for the future with debt-free building renovation and upgrades. With gratitude and excitement we ask you to support this new era for Lakeside Lutheran!

Why update? A number of places in the school are original—and kept in great shape thanks to our buildings and grounds team. However, with decades of use and expanding enrollment, it's time to add a fresh look while improving functionality.

What's on our list? After the debt was paid off in 2021, teachers and staff were invited to share what areas of LLHS needed some attention. After all, they are the ones working in this space the most. To date we have remodeled the library into a media center and new study hall, renovated the varsity locker rooms and mud room, improved visitor seating for the outdoor competition field, remodeled the videography room, and renovated the West Gym giving it an auditorium feel. Those projects tallied $1.2 million. Thanks to our generous supporters, like YOU, all were completed debt free!

Next up is a $3.5 million cafeteria expansion which includes: nearly doubling our current cafeteria space, updating our current cafeteria, creating a more prominent main entry, expanding and renovating the front offices as well as a much needed update to the main lobby restrooms. This project began early in April 2024, with completion planned by the end of 2024.
