Unlike traditional mentoring organizations, Project DIVA International (PDI), in collaboration with Achante Brown of Operation Hope, deliver age-relevant financial and lifestyle development coaching for high school girls, in real time.

Through an accountability-based model, high school girls are provided a safe space to explore their truths emotionally, mentally and financially while building confidence in how they think about money and the lives they are already creating.

In our From Allowance to Assets™ Financial Series, we move beyond simply teaching girls how to earn money or pursue a “good job.” Instead, we coach them to think strategically about money before financial pressure ever arrives, supporting them in making intentional academic, career and lifestyle decisions aligned with the futures they envision for themselves.
