From the Inside Out is an interactive, empowering workshop designed to help girls understand who they are, how they connect with others, and how their identity influences their confidence, choices, and future—especially in STEAM spaces.

Through hands-on STEAM activities, engaging discussions, and inspiring stories from women in STEAM, girls will explore how their voice, values, and character shape their path forward.

Girls Will:

Build confidence and self-awareness
Strengthen communication and relationship skills
Engage in fun, hands-on STEAM activities
Hear real stories from women thriving in STEAM careers
Learn how their choices today influence their future

Appropriate for girls in K5–12th grade with age-appropriate breakout sessions
