Giving Tuesday for fsm.

Started in 2020 and becoming a 501(c)(3) in 2022, fsm. is an independent Northeast Wisconsin print journal dedicated to: providing critical reviews of the arts, by artists; highlighting upcoming, thought-provoking, local creative events; and offering a platform for editorials discussing important social and creative topics.

We distribute, freely, 750 copies each month throughout Brown, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Kewaunee, Outagamie, Sheboygan, and Winnebago counties. Access and equity are important elements to our mission as a non-profit, and believe that this open sharing of content has the power to start dialogue and create change. fsm. has partnered with other non-profits to develop artistic skills in community youth, and we are looking forward to expanding our programming in 2024.

fsm. runs on a tight budget–our primary expenses are paying our contributors to the paper and our printing costs. We operate as a volunteer board and just recently were able to hire a limited part-time employee through a grant. Participating in Giving Tuesday on behalf of fsm. is an investment in the strength of our creative community, and we humbly ask for your donation.
