On May 1st, 2025, a group of volunteers joined together from all coasts and corners of the United States with a singular goal: to establish an uninterrupted, nonviolent 24/7 occupation mere blocks from the U.S. Capitol to demand the impeachment and removal of the 47th President. FLARE USA in an organization built around a simple principle: democracy survives only when institutions are willing to use the powers they possess.

Our congressional operations team works with Members of Congress, staff, and constituents to turn public opposition into institutional action. That means building support for oversight, legislation, enforcement of congressional authority, and, when warranted, the impeachment of executive-branch officials and their conviction and removal by the Senate. Accountability is not measured by how strongly Congress condemns an abuse of power. It is measured by whether Congress acts to constrain it.

We focus on applying pressure to House Representatives through consistent lobbying, strategic relationship building, constituent mobilization and collecting signed Declarations of Support for impeachment, conviction and removal from constituents which urge their Representatives to file and/or vote for articles of impeachment.
