When Jasmine first came to Fuller Life, she was overwhelmed. A single mother carrying years of trauma, she had never been able to afford therapy. But through our HEART Equity Program, she began meeting weekly with one of our trained trauma therapists. By session five, she said, “For the first time, I don’t feel broken. I feel seen.”

Her story is just one of many. Since 2012, Fuller Life Family Therapy Institute has been quietly transforming lives across Houston by offering affordable, compassionate, and clinically excellent mental health care. We train the next generation of diverse therapists while serving individuals and families who would otherwise go without support.
