Why we exist?

Recruits are getting injured at an alarming rate in basic training. Army planners in recent years have become increasingly concerned over new recruits' declining physical fitness. Nationally, the South has the highest prevalence of obesity. Large swaths of the South have relatively low household incomes putting easy access to fitness training and healthy foods out of reach.

Outreach Forty Five will provide the training within the Battle Box Wellness facility to help prevent injury and familiarize recruits with a fitness regimen. Phase I Military. Phase II Law Enforcement. Phase III Firefighters and so on.

Outreach Forty Five, Inc would like to express gratitude for your donation. Your generosity enables us to continue impacting many lives in the surrounding communities via fitness.
