It's all about singing and having fun. The Far Western District is dedicated to encouraging young men and women to discover the thrill of singing your best and sharing that experience with friends.

Our future is in our young people, and sadly, there are fewer activities available for their generation than we enjoyed while we were growing up. Funding for the Arts has been cut dramatically in our schools and in our communities.

The Far Western District, along with the Barbershop Harmony Society, and the Harmony Foundation have gone to great measures to help boys and girls, young men and women, and music educators maintain successful music programs in our schools. Through our Youth Outreach program, we offer music, coaching, scholarships, music camps, high school and collegiate contests, and youth festivals to help young people discover the life-long thrill of singing.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization, we depend on a broad network of public and private support. Your donations help us engage in many outreach activities throughout the Southwest.

Membership Levels

As a contributor to the FWD Youth in Harmony Fund, your donation will fall into one of the following membership levels:

• Friends of Harmony - starting at $60
• Chorus Line - starting at $120
• Director’s Circle - starting at $300
• Founder’s Society - starting at $600
• President’s Circle - starting at $1200
• Leadership Society - starting at $2400

Your generous contribution will be recognized in our season’s online convention programs.

Corporate Matching

With corporate matching gifts, your generous gift could be even more generous! Corporate matching gifts double the amount of your contribution because when you donate money, your company may match it and give us the same amount.
