From First & Goal to Second & Goal—driving our four-year

Generation-to-Generation Capital Campaign down the field for our Cathedral’s future.

Last year’s First & Goal fundraiser kicked off our four-year Generation-to-Generation (G2G) Capital Campaign—a $750,000 effort to refurbish and upgrade our beloved Cathedral and secure our ministries for the next generation. We are already moving the ball down the field: work is underway on the rehabilitation of our Cathedral dome, with additional projects to follow, including restoration of the marble arch over the Cathedral doors, replacement of the Cathedral and Cultural Center roofs, conservation of the Cathedral mosaics, and renovation of the priest’s office.

Now it’s Second & Goal—our second annual G2G event: Second & Goal: Bourbon, Cigar and Champagne Fundraiser at Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly, NJ, held in conjunction with the NFL Playoffs / AFC Championship Game!

Join fellow parishioners and friends for an afternoon of fine bourbon tasting, unlimited premium cigars, and a delicious spread featuring a steak and ribs carving station, sushi, sliders, wings, pasta, pizza, an ice cream bar, and more. Your first drink is included, with a cash bar available thereafter.

In addition to attending, we invite you—if you have not already—to make a pledge of any amount toward the G2G Capital Campaign. Pledges can be fulfilled over the four years of the campaign, and every gift moves us closer to our goal and strengthens our Cathedral for generations to come. After all, it’s only Second & Goal—there’s still time on the clock to reach the end zone together.
