Each year, HATS rescues and cares for over 1,000 animals, maintaining a no-kill rating of over 92% for the past five years. Recently, we increased our capacity to save even more animals in need. As a 501(c)(3) rescue with a municipal contract, we rely on donations for approximately 80% of our annual budget.
