Land Sharks Movement CO. has developed a program called the Junior Land Sharks. This program aims to get kids moving and having fun. This 8-week program will introduce kids to many important concepts, like goal setting, pace, mindset, sportsmanship, and community.

Each week will include unique and appropriate discussion topics and games that teach foundational habits for living a healthy and movement-filled life.
