Claiming Your Colorado Tax Credit

As a reminder, your monetary contribution may qualify for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit (CCTC). This allows you to claim a Colorado state income tax credit for 50% of your total qualifying contribution (up to $100,000).

If you checked the Child Care Contribution Tax Credit box, we will provide you with a completed Form DR 1317 (Child Care Contribution Tax Credit Certification). You will need to submit this form with your Colorado state income tax return to document your claim.
