Make a Splash for Spencer!

For years, a splash pad in Spencer has been a community dream—and now we’re closer than ever. The City of Spencer has already pledged funding, and the project is in its final planning stages. Now, we need your help to reach our $500,000 goal and make the Spencer Splash Pad a reality!

Splash pads bring tremendous benefits to their communities. They encourage healthy, active play for all ages and abilities in a safe environment, foster social connections for families and visitors, and enhance community well-being.

The Spencer Splash Pad will be located at the Riverview Complex, next to the Spencer Aquatic Center. It will feature a 1,800 square foot kids’ zone with exciting, interactive water features and a separate 1,000 square foot toddler area designed for children ages 2–5, along with shaded family seating for relaxation and connection. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026 with completion in 2027.
