Here are some helpful reminders to ensure a smooth sponsorship experience.

· Artwork: Please submit all artwork to sponsor@icgmc.org by September 8, 2026. You can refer to the dimension requirements in the Sponsorship Packet .

· Complimentary Tickets: Please send the names and meal choices of those who will be using tickets from your Sponsorship package to sponsor@icgmc.org by September 15, 2026. (Meal choices: Beef Tenderloin, Chicken Italiano in a White Wine Sauce or Broiled Salmon with Dill Sauce; Vegetarian option available upon request.)

o Please note any food allergies or special dietary requirements.

· Tickets for Purchase: Additional tickets may be purchased for $125 each by visiting the website https://www.icgmc.org/shining-lights-gala-2026. Please complete all ticket purchases by September 15, 2026.
