GATHER with us online by sharing your stories and testimonies of why you love the mission of The MOMentum Network: to empower single and pregnant moms in college & their children. By building a village of support, we can shatter statistics and propel two generations at a time to break cycles and succeed.

We'll close out the event with a Gather Block Party on Thursday, May 12 from 5-7 pm. We'll provide dinner and there will be a live auction, kids' activities, and a special announcement from Cara about the future of MOMentum. Bring a friend or five and come by for a bit or stay the whole time. The auction closes at 6:30; announcement at 6 pm.

By registering for GATHER, I acknowledge that The MOMentum Network has contracted with a photographer and videographer to document the event on May 12, and I agree to the following:

Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give my consent to The MOMentum Network, its affiliates, and agents, to use my image and likeness and/or any interview statements from me in its publications, advertising, or other media activities (including the Internet). This consent includes, but is not limited to:

1. Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice;
2. Permission to use my name; and
3. Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines, and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the Internet), in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational and awareness.

This consent is given in perpetuity and does not require prior approval by me.
