Please note:

Pizza slices will be available for purchase during Glow Bingo night and DO NOT need to be pre-ordered. This form is only for pre-ordering a whole pizza
Whole pizzas are available in plain cheese only. Toppings are not available.
All pre-ordered pizzas will be set aside and labeled accordingly at Glow Bingo. To pick up your order, just go to the Pre-Order table and give your name to our volunteer and they'll have your pizza ready for you.
Plates and napkins will be available at the pickup table.
