2025 GCSF Dinner & Auction Sponsorships

GCSF's Annual Dinner & Auction is our main fundraising event for our annual scholarships awarded to graduating Germantown area seniors who are pursuing continuing education at a college/university/tech 2-4 year level. Our scholarships are merit based with the goal to honor students for their hard work throughout High School; the scholarship selection process unanimously and objectively awards students based on GPA, course rigor, in-school and out-of-school activities, volunteer opportunities, and jobs. 

Our Annual Dinner & Auction showcases area business who sponsor and donate to our 200+ guests and 30+ volunteers each year. The event includes great silent auction items, fun raffle events, and an enthusiastic live auction. A few featured items include the ever-popular Wine and Bourbon Raffles, Diamond Draw, Calendar Raffle, and Destination Kohler Raffle. It is one of the highlight events of the Germantown community and brings a variety of people together who are looking to honor and support the efforts of our graduating seniors each year while enjoying a fun-filled night of friends, dinner and bidding!
