EOPA 2025-2026 Donations

The school with the most donor participation will be crowned the EOPA Donor Winner and will receive a special surprise made for students. Share this fundraiser with your family, friends and others in our music communities to support the Eanes orchestra program.

EOPA is the booster club for the Eanes ISD orchestras and supports the Hill Country Middle School, West Ridge Middle School and West Lake High School orchestras.

We are raising money to directly support Eanes orchestras with essential expenses that elevate both the educational and performance aspects of the programs at school and at competitions. Our orchestras compete in All Region, Solo and Ensemble, String Orchestra and Full Orchestra UIL competitions throughout the year as well perform 4 concerts. We are lucky to have an orchestra program in our district and we want to ensure that it continues to thrive. 64% of Eanes tax revenue is “recaptured” & sent to less affluent Texas schools – district funding limited which means the caliber of the Eanes orchestra program is determined by our financial support and our volunteer hours.

👉 2025/2026 EOPA DONATION GOALS: $40,000 & 100% family participation, any amount. Recognized levels are:

Musicians Level: $150 comes with name on the EOPA donor recognition website

First Chair Level: $250 comes with name on the EOPA donor recognition website as well as the Eanes Orchestra sticker and your student's orchestra school sticker

Conductor Level: $500 comes with name on the EOPA donor recognition website as well as the Eanes Orchestra sticker, your student's orchestra school sticker and tote bag

Maestro Level: $1000 comes with name on the EOPA donor recognition website and in the concert programs as well as the Eanes Orchestra sticker, your student's orchestra school sticker, tote bag and garment bag

WHAT WE FUND: EOPA funds orchestra expenses not covered by EISD & student fees, like:

Special clinics, competition, and other experiences for orchestra students & directors

Key maintenance and purchase of instruments and music

Composers, guest clinicians, judges & enabling students to compete at a top level

Student Financial Assistance to help all students participate to fullest extent possible (travel/trips, private lessons)

Orchestra banquet funding (seniors attend free)

Commemorative blanket recognizing 7 years orchestra commitment from 6th to 12th grade for our graduation seniors

Eanes Orchestra Parents Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Donations are tax deductible in accordance with existing IRS regulations.
