WHAT IS GENE THERAPY?

Gene therapy is one of the most advanced fields of modern medicine. Rather than treating symptoms alone, it aims to address the underlying genetic cause of disease.

For many rare genetic disorders, gene therapy offers the possibility of correcting the root problem by restoring the function of a faulty gene or providing cells with the genetic instructions they are missing.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
